CUSTOMER CARE

At Kickoff & Co, we're committed to making your experience as smooth as your training. Whether you have a question about your order, need help tracking a shipment, or want advice on getting the most from your grip trainer, we're here for it.


We are an online-only retailer. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supply partners, allowing us to get great products to you at the best possible price. There is no physical storefront, but our team is always reachable and ready to help.
 

Reach us anytime at Info@kickoffandco.com or through the contact form on our website. We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide, including your name, email, shipping address, and payment details is used solely to process and fulfil your order.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where necessary to deliver your order (shipping carriers) or process payment (our secure payment gateway).
 

All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted third-party providers. We never store your card details on our servers. By shopping with us you may receive transactional emails related to your order. If you opt into our mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
 

To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@kickoffandco.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions, there is no need to ship anything back without hearing from us first.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us, as processing times vary.

We accept all major payment methods. All transactions are processed in USD and secured with industry-standard encryption.
